Sweet Corn Soup


5 Eden's sweet corn cans.

2 Lites of chicken stock.

250 ml. 38% cream.

3 sliced garlic cloves.

1 spoon of salt.

1 cup of olive oil.

100 gr. butter.

1 lemon (juice).

Preparation Method: 

Put olive oil in a cocking pan and place the pan on a hot plate. Add garlic, fry it for a little while, add chicken stock and wait until it starts boiling.

Add sweet corn, butter and salt and let it boil for 15 minutes.

Process the mixture with a hand blender until it becomes soft. Add the cream and lemon juice and keep it on the hot plate for additional 5 minutes.

Serve it warm.
